My name is Sydney Nacovsky and I am a Certified Holistic Nutritionist with a passion for all things health and wellness. My goal is to help you heal your mind, body, and spirit through healthy, whole foods and lifestyle changes. No more fad diets and miserable workout routines! I want to give you the tools and knowledge to turn your life around and make permanent improvements to your health.
What I provide
I assess what your current nutrition and lifestyle entails by having you fill out a questionnaire. After going over your answers I will give you my recommendations & over the course of 5 weeks we will deep dive into each area that needs help.
Assessment and consultation
Personalized Nutrition Plan
Based on your nutritional needs and preferences, together we will curate a nutrition plan for you made up of healthy, whole foods. I will also include food lists for grocery shopping and a variety of recipes.
Physical Activity Recommendations
We will look at how you are currently being active and see where improvement is needed. I’ll make recommendations based on your age, health goals, and movements you enjoy.
Sleep and Stress Management
Sleep and stress levels can directly affect your nutrition, and your nutrition can directly affect your sleep and stress levels. Together we will find solutions to sleep well and manage stress to keep your health well rounded.
After we‘ve come up with your nutrition plan to make sure you‘re getting adequate nutrients from whole foods, we will see if any areas need extra help with natural vitamin and supplement recommendations.

At Mindful Health I offer a structured five week program that covers more than just your nutrition. This program will not only teach you how eating right can heal your body, but also your mind and your spirit. My method is looking at the body as a whole, which is where the “wholistic” approach comes from.
I also offer a single session nutrition program that covers nutrition for those who just need a push in the right direction. However, after a single session if you decide you’d like to have continued coaching you have the option to add on sessions at a discounted price.
